Combined postage and packing charges

  • To be eligible for a combined postage and packaging rate you must order all products in ONE basket at the same time
  • Separate orders will NOT be combined, and will be sent at the individual rate given
  • You will never pay more than the actual postage and packing costs of your order
  • In the vast majority of cases, you will only pay a proportion of any postage and packaging costs involved for your order

Packing/handling charges:

  • We charge a fee for orders to countries out of the UK. Some small items will have a flat fee our packaging costs

This will be reflected in our P & P charges where applicable. We post worldwide

Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Cheque/ Postal order
  • Bank transfer
  • Orders will normally be processed within 24 business hours of cleared payment

Despatch Policy

  • Despatch will normally be within 48 business hours maximum of cleared payment
  • During holiday periods, delays in processing/ despatching may occur
  • UK Mainland delivery is charged at the current Royal Mail charge where applicable
  • International Postage will be either using Royal Mail Airmail or surface mail
  • No Delivery unless the full and correct confirmed postal address is used, together with a contact telephone number
  • If your order does not arrive within 14 WORKING days of despatch (buyers would receive an automated despatch email at the time of despatch
  • By purchasing from us you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions

Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted
  • UK residents are also covered by extra legislation and may return the product to us for any reason within 7 days after receiving the product
  • We will pay for all return postal costs, provided that the following applies
  • All returned goods must be in an ‘As new’ condition and should not have been used or damaged in any way
  • Goods must still be sealed within their bag
  • Any goods returned to us that do not meet the legal requirements under the Distance Selling Regulations will not be considered suitable for reimbursement
  • All returns MUST be sent via Recorded/Signed for Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible if the goods do not reach us
